Web3 founders do not fail because of lack of ideas. They fail because early technical and strategic decisions are made without enough context, experience, or pattern recognition. I bring 29 years of hands-on experience in technology, spanning the early internet, enterprise systems, and today’s Web3, AI, and decentralized platforms. I have built, advised, and scaled technology through multiple market cycles—dot-com booms and crashes, enterprise transitions, crypto winters, and recoveries. That experience shapes how I work today. Founders typically engage me when decisions carry real consequences—before a raise, after capital is secured, or when regulatory, scalability, or trust issues begin to surface. My role is not to experiment, but to reduce risk, improve speed, and ensure that what is being built will stand up over time. ◈What founders hire me for ☛Converting ideas into fundable and executable MVP roadmaps ☛Designing secure, scalable, and audit-ready architectures ☛Aligning technical scope with runway, milestones, and go-to-market goals ☛Building trust layers such as traceability, provenance, identity, and compliance workflows ☛Pressure-testing token and incentive models so they deliver real utility, not hype I operate as a long-term partner, not a vendor. I architect and deliver Web3 and AI systems built for production—smart contracts, dApps, DeFi platforms, NFT systems, Layer-1 and Layer-2 solutions, cross-chain integrations, and AI-driven platforms. My work is informed by regulatory realities, operational constraints, and real user adoption. Over the years, I have built trusted relationships across investors, operators, and technologists. Through this network, I have supported projects that have raised $10M+ and progressed into global pilots and live deployments. Having worked through multiple market cycles, I help founders distinguish between durable innovation and short-lived noise. This perspective allows teams to move faster without being reckless and to build systems that remain viable long after the hype subsides. If you are building something meaningful in Web3, AI, or emerging technology—and want clarity before committing serious time or capital—I am open to a conversation. ◈Book a free 30-minute strategy call. I will review your current direction, define a clear execution plan and solution approach, and identify 2–3 concrete, experience-backed improvements you can act on immediately. 👉 https://calendly.com/ext-meet 📩 rfp@primafelicitas.com 🌐 www.primafelicitas.com

I help organizations understand and reduce the environmental impact of their products and operations. Over the past decade, my career has evolved from chemistry and toxicological risk assessment into Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), carbon footprinting, and sustainability strategy. Today, I lead sustainability engagements for global clients across chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer goods, helping them quantify environmental impacts, identify decarbonization opportunities, and make more sustainable product and business decisions. My experience spans cradle-to-gate and cradle-to-grave LCA studies, Scope 1–3 emissions assessments, ecodesign, circularity, and the evaluation of alternative materials and production pathways. I also support organizations in navigating evolving sustainability regulations, including CSRD, PPWR, EUDR, REACH, EPR, EU MDR etc., across global markets. I have contributed to published research on LCA-driven decarbonization in pharmaceutical manufacturing and maintain a strong interest in advancing LCA methodologies, particularly prospective LCA and uncertainty assessment for emerging technologies. I am open to connecting with professionals and organizations seeking leadership in sustainability, decarbonization, and life cycle thinking, whether in industry or consulting.

Manufacturer or implementation partner for a one-product Battery Passport readiness pilot?

We are developing a managed service for the practical evidence-preparation work around Battery Passport implementation and are seeking a manufacturer or implementation partner interested in a small, clearly scoped pilot. For one suitable EU-facing battery reference, we would begin with the product records and supplier documentation already held. The proposed work is to organise those records, map information to agreed requirements, identify genuine gaps and coordinate authorised follow-up. The handover would include a source-linked evidence register and an action list for technical review. The manufacturer would retain engineering decisions, declarations and final approval. Any platform requirements, specialist input, confidentiality arrangements and acceptance criteria would be agreed before work begins. This is an evidence-preparation pilot, not an offer of a completed hosting platform or a compliance certification. Would this be useful alongside a manufacturer’s current preparation or an implementation partner’s delivery? An initial reply here describing the product category and the preparation task would help establish a fit. Please do not post confidential technical documents.
