    Success Stories

    Henry Schein — MedTech

Challenge: Henry Schein, one of the world's largest distributors of medical and dental equipment, was facing rising service costs and slow case resolution across a massive installed base of devices in the field. Technicians and end customers often struggled to access the right documentation, manuals and support information quickly, which led to unnecessary service tickets and delays.

Solution: Henry Schein rolled out sqanit across more than 500,000 devices. Each device got a QR code that opens a digital service touchpoint directly on the user's phone, no app and no login needed. End users and technicians can pull up manuals, video guides, troubleshooting steps and support channels in seconds, and open a structured service case if they still need help.

Results: Service costs dropped by around 25 to 30 percent and case resolution times were cut roughly in half. Just as importantly, Henry Schein turned every device in the field into a direct digital touchpoint with the customer, which improved the overall service experience and freed up the internal support team to focus on the cases that really needed them.
