Founded in 2021, ECHO PRM was built on a simple yet powerful idea: Provide manufacturers with a software solution that connects them directly to the end users of their products. While our initial vision was independent of regulatory frameworks, we quickly recognized the significance of the European Sustainability Product Regulation (ESPR) and the EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements. Since then, we have been actively aligning our strategy to meet these evolving standards. Currently, our focus revolves around two key areas: #1: Compliance with EU DPP Requirements: We are continuously analyzing and prepare ourselves for adapting to ESPR regulations to ensure our platform integrates all necessary features, positioning us as a comprehensive DPP-as-a-Service (DPPaaS) provider. ECHO PRM’s platform offers a range of features designed to enhance product lifecycle management and customer experience, including: - Product-Specific Information: Providing access to digital operating manuals, spare part lists, service manuals, video tutorials, and more—down to the serial number level. - User Feedback Collection: Enabling manufacturers to gather valuable insights from end users to refine product features and improve quality. - Comprehensive After-Sales Services: Enhancing customer support and service capabilities to drive long-term engagement and satisfaction.
