Tilkal

Tilkal powers a Supply Chain Data Hub that is the core of the Tilkal platform. Spanning from raw materials to end products and recycling, it collects and aggregates N-tier operational, environmental, and social data, transforming fragmented supply chain information into real-time, actionable intelligence. The SCDH acts at any granularity level, down to purchase order, batch or serialized units, and manages material transformation along the value chain (mass balance, mixing, aggregation, transformation, transport, etc). Through its modules it powers compliance, transparency, and operational use cases. Technically SCDH is based on GS1 EPCIS and a B2B blockchain for full auditability of the origin of any data point. Plugged on the Supply Chain Data Hub, our DPP module is fully customizable. It incorporates traceability, recyclability, and sustainability information, and supports transparent communication across B2B and B2C channels. The B2C DPP is accessible typically through QR code scanning and included into a website. The B2B DPP is accessible through an authenticated portal. Technically the DPP component is based on GS1 Digital Link and it fully supports the UNTP interoperability standard of the UNECE. Tilkal also offers a Compliance Module that supports various EU and international regulations (EUDR, PPWR, FSMA, forced labor, etc.), a Risk Module that supports risk assessment and risk mitigation processes, and a Supplier Engagement and Discovery module.
